Cloud Flow for Custom Price List:
- Navigate to https://make.powerapps.com -> Select Environment -> Select Solution (where you want to create Cloud Flow) -> Add New Cloud Flow. Select “When a row is added, modified or deleted” Microsoft Dataverse trigger as shown below.
- For our scenario, set Change type as Added, Table as Quote and Scope Organization.
- Next, add “Perform a bound action” action of Microsoft Dataverse. Select Table name as Quote and Action name as “msdyn_CreateQuoteSpecificPriceList”. Get dynamic Quote id from trigger.
- Now to test flow, create new quote. Custom Price List should get added as below. Note: There should be default price list associated with quote on which custom price list gets created.
