Power Apps enable the integration of Power Virtual Agents chatbots, which can answer visitor questions on Power Apps. By configuring the bot with relevant topics and trigger phrases, it can automatically respond to chat conversations. Power App users can embed any Power Virtual Agent bot into their apps using the chatbot control.
Enable and use Chatbot Control:
- Navigate to make.powerapps.com -> Create/Edit canvas app -> Open Settings.
- Open Upcoming features and inside preview features enable “Chatbot component”.

- New Chatbot component will be available in canvas app. To check, click on + icon on side navigation.

- Component will ask for 2 properties.
- Schema Name: This can be found in Chatbot details.
- Header Label: This can be anything which we want to display on Chatbot.

- To get Schema name of chatbot. Navigate to https://web.powerva.microsoft.com/ -> Setting -> Details of your chatbot -> Advanced.

- Fill details and test Chatbot.
