Issue:
After a recent Microsoft update, guest users are unable to log in to the Dynamics system, receiving the error message: “Guest user access is restricted in the organization.”

Solution:
This issue is occurring because Microsoft has recently introduced a new Public Preview feature called “Block guest user access” within the Identity and Access Security settings. This feature is auto enabled by default, which has resulted in all guest users losing access to the Dynamics system.
How to change settings?
- Navigate to admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com.
- In the left navigation pane, select “Security,” and then select Identity and Access.

- Select Grant Access Preview feature and select Environments where you are facing issue.

- Click on Manage Guest Access and uncheck “Block guest user access” checkbox. Click on Save.

- Click on Save. This will resolve “Guest user access is restricted in the organization” issue.
